1. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
If 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the exact same condition that you received it.
- The item must be in its original packaging.
- You must provide a proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:

- Perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants
- Personal care or hygiene items such as underwear or cosmetics
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Sale or clearance items
4. Return Process
Step 1: Please send an email to sbedcfcsir@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
Step 2: Our customer support team will reply within 1-2 business days with the return shipping address and instructions.
Step 3: Pack your item securely and ship it back to the provided address. Please note that buyers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs, unless the item is defective. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.
Please note that it usually takes 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
6. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sbedcfcsir@outlook.com with photos of the product.
Once confirmed, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund without any extra shipping costs for you.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send an email to sbedcfcsir@outlook.com.
