2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to custom clearance processes, carrier delays, or severe weather conditions.
3. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s).
The tracking information will be active within 24-48 hours. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's progress on our website or the carrier's official portal.
All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (including tariffs, taxes, and duties levied by the destination country).
4. Incorrect Shipping Address
We are not responsible for packages that are undelivered or returned to us due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address provided at checkout.
Please double-check your shipping information carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at sbedcfcsir@outlook.com. Once an order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
5. Missing or Damaged Packages
If you received your order damaged, or if your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team immediately.
